A more playful pod of 15-20 Common Dolphin encountered again this afternoon at 4:45pm, swimming alongside the boat. Sighting reported by Ian Noble, skipper of Samuel Irvin 3, Dartmouth.

15-20 Common Dolphin observed at 11:30am. Sighting reported by Ian Noble, skipper of Samuel Irvin 3, Dartmouth.
Middle of Lyme Bay, 18 miles South of Lyme Regis
2 Dolphin species surfaced briefly in the wake of the boat then followed the boat for a short while at a distance. Choppy sea and brief sighting prevented identification. Sighting reported by Rob King, skipper of Blue Turtle, Lyme Regis.
